45 days prior to the wedding is when the remaining payment can be paid. This prevents cancellation or movement refunds. The remaining payment can be made any time between that 45 day marker and the wedding date.

The day of, dependent on your schedule, I will either capture reference shots pre ceremony or post ceremony. Regardless of which moment you want painted, I will need around 3-5 minutes with the couple to take a few reference photos. The reference shot can make or break the painting! Once I get my photos, I will paint for the remainder of the day, allowing around 30 minutes before reception end for the couple and guests to see the finished product.

While the painting is always done to the point of presentation at the of the night, I have studio hours included in all of my packages. This includes tedious details, minor changes, and a varnish. I like to know, as well as for my clients to know, that they will 100% be happy with their painting and that any alterations can be made after the fact.
Expect to receive your painting no later than 12 weeks after the wedding date.
